However, I recently had an issue where my winnings didn’t reflect in my balance. I hit a decent payout on Book of Dead (around €450), and instead of the amount being credited to my account, it’s as if it just disappeared.
I contacted customer support, and after several back-and-forth emails, they’ve promised to review the issue. So far though nothing has been resolved. I know LeoVegas is usually reliable, which makes this issue particularly frustrating.
Has anyone else experienced this? How long does it usually take them to fix these types of issues? Is there a chance Leo Vegas went rogue? Appreciate any advice.
