Phone stayed face-down through lunch yesterday—first time in months. Mate was telling some story about his kid's school play, and I actually heard it. Felt like I'd already won something.
Came home, Ignition had a live NBA line sitting wrong. Took it. Took the next one. Stopped at three. This morning's the first time I've sent to cold storage before checking what else was on the slate.
Old me would've been ankle-deep in Europa League by now, chasing the feeling. New me's just sat here with the receipt, wondering if this is what learning looks like or if I'm just tired.
