Bally's Casino rewards – how much play for free perks?

I’m curious, does anyone know how much you need to play at Bally’s each month to keep getting the good stuff? I mean things like free play, those weekly giveaways (headphones, crock pots, etc.), and those sweet comped rooms—two a week, right?

I’m guessing it’s about consistency, but I’d love to hear from someone who’s been tracking it. Do you feel like the perks are worth the effort?
