Bet mgm is giving me hard time

Had a mess with BetMGMlast week. Threw in a live bet during the game, everything seemed fine, then bam, the app just crashes outta nowhere! Couldn’t check if my bet went through or even see my balance. By the time it finally loaded again, odds had shifted, and my shot was gone.

Tried reaching out to support, and nothing, tech issue and they will not refund anything…. Really maybe I should change platform, if you have any suggestion on how have my bet back or where to go, let me know!
