Bet365 old account vanished

I had a Bet365 account from way back in 2011. Closed it in a bit of a rage moment (don’t we all? ), but recently, I decided I wanted it back. So, I hit up their live chat and gave them all my info—same name, email, everything—but they said they couldn’t find my account. Like, seriously? Not even a trace?

Now, I’ve had casinos reopen old accounts for me before, even after years of inactivity, so this really threw me off. I’m 90% sure I shut it down around 2014 or 2015 (time flies, doesn’t it?), but I thought these places kept data on dormant accounts forever. Isn’t that like...standard?

Anyway, after scratching my head, I just went ahead and made a new account. Problem solved, I guess, but I’m still wondering why my old one vanished like it never existed. Anyone else run into something like this? Would love to hear your stories!
