Man, Betway’s been givin’ me weird vibes lately. Placed a live bet the other day, and mid-game, the whole thing just… froze up. Odds kept changing, but my bet just stayed stuck – couldn’t cash out or adjust. 
Kinda messes with the whole live action, y'know?
So I’ve been thinkin' about switching to Bet365. Heard their live betting’s smoother and the odds are decent. Anyone here made the jump? Just wanna know if it’s actually better, or am I just fallin' for the hype?

I don't do Betway but that shouldn't happen normally. Did you take print screens and send them to customer reps? Anyway, I personally like GG better with new CS & LOL odds, but Bet365 is great for sports in general.

Bet365’s interface is easier on the eyes, though. Sometimes Betway just looks a bit chaotic, especially during big tournaments.

usually customer support really doesn't want this kind of publicity, perhaps you threaten to go public with the case or report them to the licensing body

Bet365’s odds are decent, but Betaway has been giving some really good bonuses lately.

I lean toward Bet365 just for the range of games they cover. Betway’s layout is nice, but it doesn’t have as much variety.

DrMario, I get the frustration with Betway's live bet issues, it messes with the whole experience
From my run with both, Bet365 is more reliable for live betting with smoother odds and better coverage for major esports. However, Betway does offer great promos, so if those are your thing and you don’t mind some glitches, it’s still worth a shot.
