Not asking for the story unless you want, just—do you trust them when it's actually bad? Had a night in March, rent gone, shaking at 3am, and this bloke stayed in chat for an hour. Didn't fix the loss but fixed the spiral. Now I can't tell if that's a real thing they do or I got lucky with one guy who cared.
Who else has had chat actually help vs the usual "please wait 3-5 days" loop?

3Am's when the mask slips, isn't it? Support script runs out and you're left with either someone who's clocked a human being on the other end, or a bot loop asking if youve tried clearing your cache.
casinonic's lot have pulled me back from the edge once or twice. Not heroes, just... Present. That counts for more than most when the dopamine's crashed and you're staring at the balance like its evidence.
Still think the real test isn't the 3am chat though—its whether they remember you at 9am when you're asking where your cash is. Seen plenty of sympathy evaporate once the withdrawal hits "pending review."
