Sat there with the app open, 3-0 after 22 minutes, odds drifting on the 5+ and I just... Didn't. Not because I've found religion — because I've finally learned what "breathing room" feels like, and I'm not in a rush to give it back.
Payday landed Thursday. First time in months I cleared the council tax before it nagged me. You know that feeling? Better than any 4-fold, that one. Clean slate, no weight.
Which is exactly when the brain starts whispering. "You're good now. You're *reading* the game. 4-1 HT, they're hunting five, the value's screaming..."
Nah. I've seen this film. 2019, 2021, That February in '22 when I thought I'd cracked live Asian handicaps and lost three months of rent in a weekend. The crypto crash didn't teach me risk management — it taught me that I don't *have* to be in every market just because I understand it.
Still watching though. Still clocking who's moving fast on cashouts.
