Celtic-Rangers parlay bust still stings — how do you lot actually step away when the game's still running?

Proper doing my head in this. Old Firm weekend I had a cheeky treble, Celtic to win, BTTS, over 2.5. Was never even close, Rangers had the better of it start to finish and I'm sitting there with 70 minutes gone knowing it's dead but still watching every pass like it matters. Lost the stake, fine, whatever — but then I was proper tilted into a slots session that went nowhere.

Question is: what actually works for you when you know you're beat but your thumb keeps refreshing or the tab stays open? I've tried the phone-face-down trick and it's useless for footy, too easy to flip it. Mate of mine says he literally walks to the shop for milk, anything, but I'm too lazy for that when it's raining.
