Four hours and I didn't even reach for the pocket

Celtic scraping past St Johnstone tonight and I'm just sat here with the phone on the arm of the sofa, not even face-down, just... There. Four hours since I touched an app. Linda's laughing at something on the telly and I'm not even pretending to watch, I'm actually watching, hearing her, it's weird.

Been getting straight lately, bit put by, nothing chasing it. Not saying I'm cured or any of that nonsense, just — this feels different to the other times I told myself it was different. The £280 from Cleobetra last week helped, ngl, but it's not the money it's the not-checking. The not-checking feels bigger than the win somehow.

Anyone else find the calm harder to trust than the chaos?
