You know the ones—those pop-ups reminding you to set limits, self-exclude, or “take a break.” I’ve seen them everywhere lately, but I can’t help but wonder—are they actually working?
From my own experience, I’ve used some of those budgeting tools, and while they look good on paper, it’s easy to ignore them when you’re caught up in the moment. That “just one more spin” mindset tends to overpower the logic sometimes.
Still, I’ve heard others say they’ve helped keep things under control.
So, do you guys use them? Do you think they really help people keep their habits in check, or is it more of a PR move for casinos to look responsible? I’d love to hear some real stories or opinions on this one. Share away!
