How often do you witness the ATS or fire bet actually hit?

After roughly a year of occasionally indulging in bubble craps (mainly for its convenience rather than thrill), I've recently transitioned to playing at live tables — and I must say, the tactile difference is significant. I'm currently making a point of visiting every local casino to collect $1 chips — a small personal tradition — and assess the ambiance, staff competence, and overall table etiquette.

Now, coming from bubble machines where the only side bet was that dreadful "Lucky Shooter," I'm relatively new to the Fire Bet and All-Tall-Small (ATS) side action. Earlier this week, I had a session where I managed to hit the Small, then sat on 10 and 11 for the Tall... only to 7-out, of course. Fast forward to this afternoon — I actually hit the full ATS and made multiple points along the way. Glorious, right? Except I hadn't placed the ATS bet.

It’s laughable in retrospect — standing there grinning like I’d cracked the code, while entirely missing the most lucrative wager of the round. I did press my 6 and 8 place bets to $30, so it wasn't a total miss, but I can't help wondering if I just let my statistical outlier roll slip by unrewarded.

How often do you truly see the ATS or fire bet pay off at your tables? Are they genuinely rare events or more common than people admit? I’m now thinking whether it's worth working these bets into my regular strategy or if it's just emotional bait.
