So I’ve got a bit of a headache to share, folks. Last week, I tried logging into the Unity Hard Rock account I set up ages ago because I’m planning a trip to Hard Rock Atlantic City soon. I wanted to check my points and rewards balance to see if I could snag anything exclusive for the trip. Easy, right? Well, not so much.
First, the mobile app wouldn’t let me log in at all—it kept giving me this vague “login failed” error message with no explanation. So, I thought, “Okay, maybe it’s my password.” I reset it (twice, because the email link wouldn’t load the first time), and when I tried logging in again, still no luck.
Next, I switched to the desktop version, thinking it might just be an app issue. Nope, same problem. I even double-checked my credentials in case I was losing my mind, but they were spot on. The kicker? When I reached out to customer support, they said they were “aware of some login issues” and suggested clearing my cache and cookies. Spoiler: that didn’t work either.
At this point, I’m considering just skipping the app entirely and handling everything at the Hard Rock Cafe or the rewards desk when I get to Atlantic City. Has anyone else had issues with the Unity Hard Rock system? If you managed to fix it, let me know your secrets, because I’m running out of patience here.
