Is Keno a gem?

I’ve been seeing keno pop up on almost every casino site I visit. Decided to give it a shot the other day and honestly it feels like just throwing money at a random number generator. I get that’s basically every game of chance but this one feels especially bad.

Is there any actual strategy involved or do people just enjoy it for the randomness? I’ll stick to roulette or blackjack, but maybe someone here has had more luck with it?
