Is this the golden era for high-stakes poker tournaments?

With so many online platforms hosting million-dollar poker tournaments, it feels like high-stakes games have never been more accessible. But is this really the golden era? I've noticed an uptick in well-structured tournaments with decent blinds and payouts that actually favor skilled players. At the same time, the competition seems tougher than ever, with AI tools helping some players analyze their hands better than the old-school pros.

What do you think—are we in the best era for high-stakes poker? Or are there too many hurdles, like high rake fees and platform manipulation, for it to really shine?

It’s definitely an exciting time for high-stakes poker, but calling it the ‘golden era’ depends on perspective. The rise of AI tools and tougher competition levels the playing field for some, but it also raises the barrier for traditional players. High rake fees are still a significant issue—until platforms address this, I’d say it’s more of a mixed bag than a golden age.
