Late-night roulette and a bartender’s secret trick

So I was on a night off last week, grabbed a drink at my usual spot, and ended up chatting with this old bartender who used to work at a casino. He told me something wild—dealers have subtle ways to slow down aggressive roulette players. If someone’s slamming high bets and getting too lucky, some dealers take an extra second or two before spinning to subtly throw off the timing.

I laughed it off until I hit the live dealer tables later that night. Played my usual numbers, but noticed the spin cadence was different. I swear, when I was on a streak, the dealer slowed it down just a hair. When I started losing, the spins felt normal again.

Anyone else ever notice stuff like this? Maybe I’m just sleep-deprived, or maybe the bartender was onto something...
