Alright, so Madslots turned out to be an absolute joke. Thought I'd give them a go since they looked decent enough—verified my account, no issues depositing, played for a while, all good. But the moment I tried to withdraw? 
RED FLAG
They hit me with some nonsense about needing to prove ownership of the phone number I used to deposit. Now, here’s the kicker—it was a pay-as-you-go SIM I grabbed while waiting for my main SIM to be replaced after I lost my phone. No name attached to it, nothing. I literally topped up the credit in a shop and deposited via mobile credit. But these clowns kept repeating the same script, refusing to listen.
Tried explaining it multiple times, even showed them proof of purchase, but nope. Just the same robotic response over and over. At that point, I knew it was a lost cause. Took my money elsewhere...
Moral of the story: If a casino suddenly gets weird when you try to withdraw, run. Fast
