Pragmatic Play RTP

There’s been a lot of buzz lately about Pragmatic Play games potentially adjusting RTP based on player behavior or casino preferences. I’m not usually one to jump on the conspiracy train, but after seeing multiple discussions and tracking my own spins, I have to wonder—is something going on here?

Some patterns I’ve noticed (and others have reported too):
🟢 First-time deposits seem to hit bigger wins – I’ve personally experienced (and seen others say) that Pragmatic slots feel more generous when you first deposit at a new casino. Could be variance, could be something else.
🔴 Post-big-win dry spells – It’s almost too common that after hitting a 200x+ win, the game goes ice cold for a prolonged stretch. Not just variance?
⚖️ Same game, different performance across casinos – I’ve played the same Pragmatic slots at multiple sites, and sometimes the hit frequency feels wildly different, even on the same stake levels.

I know casinos can choose different RTP versions of Pragmatic slots (some running at 96.5%, others at 94%, etc.), so that could explain some differences. But has anyone else been tracking spins and seeing consistent trends? Or better yet—does anyone with industry knowledge know how often casinos tweak RTP settings or if there’s something deeper going on?
