Had the same dance with a mid-tier Curacao book last year, "pending" loop for 72 hours then sudden "additional verification required." Old pattern: they hope you'll tilt it back in. Not saying that's Rocketplay, just... I've seen the film.
If you're verified clean and it's still sitting, escalate to whatever passes for a manager there. Don't let it age out.
