Still up from last night, like actually UP up, not pretend-up. $340 Sitting there from a $40 start on 7bit's retro reels, happened between midnight and 2am while the husband was asleep and I was supposed to be winding down. Burnt my tongue on the coffee, doesn't matter. The pinch is still there in the background — still in the middle of getting straight, you know how that goes — but it's quieter today. Like I can hear myself think for once.
Saturday night sessions when he's working are usually my danger zone, longest stretches, but I actually logged off. Closed the tab. Sat there in the dark with the numbers still real in my account and didn't touch it for two hours on purpose. Let myself just sit in it. The frayed feeling from Friday actually smoothed out overnight instead of the usual thing where you wake up and immediately check if it's still there.
How's everyone else's weekend sitting? Anyone else got that weird calm before the usual storm, or is it just the tight-week-before-payday brain playing tricks? I keep waiting for the 'but what if it crashes' voice to wake up and start shouting, but so far it's just... Me and the burnt coffee and the quiet.
Tell me something good that's holding. Need to store up some witness for when I inevitably need comfort later lol

That "actually UP up" hit me cause im the opposite rn—caught this rotten cold and cant even focus long enough to chase, just staring at flush balance flatlined since tuesday when that reload saved me. Mate that flatline after a reload save is proper cruel — been there tuesday to tuesday just watching numbers not move, like the site's gone dead behind the eyes
