Been watching this pattern resurface since that lock-it-link tournament mess, and I'm curious who's still keeping receipts. bitstarz hit my wallet at 2:47 yesterday, confirmed before I finished my espresso. Three hours was the old Gold Standard, mate. Now I treat any timestamp under 24 hours like a weather forecast—nice to look at, wouldn't bet my week on it. That "escalated to finance" ghost you named? Same playbook I saw in '19 when Curacao started bleeding licenses. The delay *is* the product now.
