Living in the UK, it feels like we should have an edge when betting on local football. We know the players, the weather conditions, the club drama—things a random bettor from the US wouldn’t even consider. And yet, I still see bookies setting odds that make me question everything.
I swear, last season, I saw a match where the odds completely ignored the fact that a team’s best striker was benched due to a training injury. Do any of you trust local insights more than the bookies' numbers, or am I just overthinking it?
