Mine’s simple: I cash out at x2, no questions.
Doesn’t matter if I’m on a hot streak or feeling lucky—once I’ve doubled up, I hit that withdraw button. Learned that one the hard way back in the day, watching a solid blackjack run turn into a wipeout just 'cause I got greedy and kept pressing. I still remember that session... turned $200 into $440 in under an hour, thought I was on a heater, and walked away with $0. Rookie mistake.
Now it’s just discipline. If I go in with a hundred, I tell myself the goal is to leave with two. Anything past that is house money, and if I really wanna keep playing, I’ll take the profit and only gamble back the original stake. Keeps me grounded and makes the wins actually stick.
What about you guys? What’s your personal rule when you’re up? Or do you ride it out till the wheels fall off?
