Thoughts on Online Gambling Sites in California

So, I'm heading out to Los Angeles soon—mostly for a work-related coffee expo, but I've been dying to explore a bit too. Figured I’d make it a mix of business and a bit of “pleasure”—which, knowing me, means hunting down a few good online gambling options while I’m there. Funny thing about California, though, is how they handle online gambling; the state's laws seem to make it kind of a grey area.

I've looked into a few options, like offshore sites, but I'm curious about anything that might have a more local feel, if that’s even possible. Anybody know if there are California-based sites or sites that cater well to us West Coast folks? Ideally, I’m after a place that lets you play a few casino games without needing a VPN or too much workaround.

Otherwise, I’ll probably just stick to browsing some sports bets on my usual offshore sites while sipping my coffee. If anyone has any tips on good online gambling sites for California specifically, I’d love to hear ’em.

California's a bit of a tough spot for online gambling, isn’t it? Lotta restrictions but people still find ways to play. Bovada perhaps?
