I think I broke Raging Bull Casino

So, funny story... last week I hit up Raging Bull Casino and used some of their free spins promo. After snagging a small bonus, I decided to play Tri-Card Poker instead of sticking to online slots (rookie move, I know). Somehow, I managed to withdraw my winnings before realizing later that it’s apparently one of the “not allowed” games for bonus funds. 😬

Now I’m worried—does this mean I’m flagged or something for future promos? I actually think Raging Bull is one of the best online casinos I’ve tried recently, so I don’t want this messing up my account. Anyone had a similar experience? Also, for anyone wondering, is Raging Bull Casino legit? So far, I’d say yes, but I guess we’ll see after this mess.

I had something similar happen with Raging Bull! Played blackjack with bonus funds without realizing it was restricted. They didn’t flag my account, but they voided my winnings. 🤦‍♀️ Support was nice about it, though, and explained the terms. Still, I double-check promo rules now!

At least their support team seems decent—I’ve had some casinos just ghost me on similar issues.
 
I wouldn’t worry too much. I’ve cashed out from Raging Bull after a promo mix-up, and my account wasn’t flagged. Just avoid restricted games in the future, saves you the stress
