Paid that council tax chunk this morning, the one that's been sat in my notes app for three weeks. £340, Gone. Should be buzzing yeah? Keep checking my banking app like it's gonna reappear but no—cleared. Mate at work asked if I was treating myself to summat and I just shrugged. Flat's quiet, everyone's at their desks, forums dead at this hour.
Cleobetra's where I got the run for it, fiver loyalty spins turned into actual breathing room. Throat's still rough from that cold but chest's calmer at least.
Anyone else get that? The win covers the thing, the thing gets paid, and then... Flat. Not bad flat, just flat. Like the fireworks were meant to go off and you're stood there with the lighter.

I know the shape of it. Cleared a bonus clean last run, actually sat there with a positive balance for once, and still kept refreshing the app like the number was gonna apologise and leave.
