£340 Bill's finally gone and I'm just... Waiting for the feeling to land

Paid that council tax chunk this morning, the one that's been sat in my notes app for three weeks. £340, Gone. Should be buzzing yeah? Keep checking my banking app like it's gonna reappear but no—cleared. Mate at work asked if I was treating myself to summat and I just shrugged. Flat's quiet, everyone's at their desks, forums dead at this hour.

Cleobetra's where I got the run for it, fiver loyalty spins turned into actual breathing room. Throat's still rough from that cold but chest's calmer at least.

Anyone else get that? The win covers the thing, the thing gets paid, and then... Flat. Not bad flat, just flat. Like the fireworks were meant to go off and you're stood there with the lighter.

How's everyone's Monday sitting? Anyone else in that weird gap between "sorted" and "now what"

That waiting-for-the-drop feeling? Yeah. Relief's just debt waiting to happen, mate.

I know the shape of it. Cleared a bonus clean last run, actually sat there with a positive balance for once, and still kept refreshing the app like the number was gonna apologise and leave.

Your council tax chunk's gone. Bank says so. But your head's still running the old math, isn't it. Next pinch, next edge, next 45-day window.

(Still grinding goldenbet 35x at 95.2%, If you're looking for something to do with your hands while you wait for the buzz that isn't coming.)

Nah mate, I get it. Same thing last month—finally cleared a bill that's been sat there like a bad smell, and I'm just... Scrolling my banking app waiting for the number to change. It doesn't. Still doesn't.

Breathing room never lasts—I'm always waiting for the next squeeze.

Yeah that waiting for the feeling thing — I get that more than the win itself tbh

Had a rough session sat night, chased harder than I should've after being up, and now I'm just sitting here in work with cleobetra open on a tab under some spreadsheet like that's normal behaviour

The £340'll land eventually. Sometimes it takes three days and a win somewhere else to let yourself feel it

Mate that waiting for the feeling thing — I know it too well. Paid declan's wedding chunk off in march and felt *nothing*, just this flat dread like "now what"

You'll check that app til the number changes, won't you. We always do.
