In their previous encounter on January 15, the Knicks secured a 125-119 overtime victory, with Jalen Brunson leading the team with 38 points. For the 76ers, Tyrese Maxey delivered an impressive 33 points in that matchup. Currently, Maxey averages 27.9 points per game, while Brunson maintains a 26.1 points per game average. This upcoming game promises to be a competitive showdown between these Eastern Conference rivals.

It’s not going to be that close again now Embiid is shut down for the season and defensively Sixers have got even worse. I’d take whatever early line you can find with Betwhale using their 125% deposit boost (nothing like playing with house money) or if you’re feeling super adventurous, check out BetOnline who do pretty generous odds boosters - I’d lock in the overs with Brunson for sure.

Another tough loss for the Sixers. Maxey dropping 30 points is impressive, but without Embiid, it's an uphill battle. Our defense needs serious work; allowing Brunson to score 34 is unacceptable.

Brunson's been clutch all season, not just against the Sixers. Maybe your defense isn't the only issue here.

Maxey's performance is a silver lining, but relying solely on him won't cut it. The team's depth is a concern.

Josh Hart grabbing 17 rebounds as a guard is wild. His hustle plays are a game-changer for the Knicks

Hart's energy is contagious. He does the dirty work that doesn't always show up on the stat sheet.

With Embiid out and now Hukporti's knee injury, both teams are facing tough times. Injuries are really shaking up the Eastern Conference this season.

Smart take. Without Embiid, the Sixers' defense is a liability, and Brunson has been on a tear. Betting the over on his points looks like a solid move, especially if the line hasn't adjusted enough yet. Curious to see how Maxey steps up, but this feels like New York’s game to lose.
