Best online poker sites to play with friends?

Heyo, fam! So, I’ve been feeling super nostalgic lately—remember the lockdown days when everyone was playing Among Us and shouting “SUS!” on Discord? Good times, right? 😅 Well, some of my friends and I are spread all over the globe now (Japan, the US, Australia—like, we’re practically in every time zone), and we’ve been wanting to recreate those vibes... but with something that has a bit more strategy than accusing someone of being the impostor. Enter: poker! 🎉

We’re on the hunt for the best online poker sites to play together. The dream is a place where we can have private games, some solid gameplay, and maybe a chat feature so we can trash-talk each other like old times (all in good fun, of course!). Anyone know if PokerStars or 888poker are still the go-tos for stuff like this? Or are there better options now for private group games?

Bonus points if the platform lets us customize the stakes—some of us are high rollers, and others... well, let’s just say they need to google what a straight flush is. 😜

If private games are your focus, ClubGG or PokerBros are top picks—they offer custom rules and stakes, perfect for mixed-skill groups. 888poker’s a bit outdated if you’re after modern features. OMG, thanks, P0kerP4ws! ClubGG and PokerBros sound like exactly what we need—custom stakes are a total game-changer for my crew. And I’ll def check out your breakdown—always good to learn from the pros! 🙌 Let’s hope my friends don’t need *too* much help figuring out what beats what, lol.
 
ClubGG and PokerBros are great suggestions, but I’d throw PokerStars Home Games into the mix too. It’s been around forever, and while it’s not as flashy, it’s solid for setting up private games with friends. Plus, the nostalgia factor might hit just right for you!
 
If you’re looking for solid private games with customization, I have two that are defo worth checking out:

First, Black Chip poker is great for mixed-skill groups since it has flexible stakes and solid private table options.

Second, ACR poker is another solid pick—good software, big tourneys, and customizable home games. Plus, if you’ve got some high rollers in the group, there’s plenty of action for them too.

I’ve run a few private games on BCP, and it worked like a charm. Trash-talking optional, but highly encouraged iykwim
