Alright, I need some input here. Signed up for Modo Casino a few weeks back, played mostly blackjack and some roulette, and managed to run up my balance pretty nicely. But now? They won’t let me withdraw.
First, they hit me with the whole "verification process" thing, which—fair enough, standard procedure. Sent them my docs, waited. A week passed. Sent follow-ups. Nothing but generic responses like, "Your request is under review."
Now it’s been two weeks, and every time I try to withdraw, it either gets "pending indefinitely" or I get some excuse about bonus terms (even though I played with my deposited funds). Starting to feel like they’re just delaying until I give up or play it all back.
