Do you poker pros tilt?

I’m not a poker pro by any stretch, but I’ve definitely had my moments of pure frustration where I thought, “That should’ve been MY pot!” 😅 Sometimes it feels like the cards have it out for you, and keeping your emotions in check becomes the real game.

Do any of you seasoned players have your own tricks for keeping tilt at bay? Do you have a ritual or mantra that helps you stay cool, calm, and collected? Share your wisdom—I could always use an extra tip!

I try to laugh it off when I’m tilting. Like, 'Of course, the one card I need is in someone else's hand!' Makes it a bit easier to keep going.

That’s a good attitude! I mean, laughing at the absurdity is better than smashing the keyboard
