I ran into this weird issue. I was playing tome of madness at video slots, claimed 15 free spins, and had racked up over €9 when it suddenly came up as “invalid bonus,” and everything vanished—no winnings credited. 
I get that these glitches happen, but it’s super frustrating when you’re in the middle of a win. Honestly, stuff like this makes me hesitant to keep playing.
