I’ve played Gates of Olympus plenty of times, but last night was something else. I finally had one of those wins that makes you sit back and just stare at the screen in disbelief. 
I started with $100, betting $1.50 per spin. I don’t like going too crazy, but I also want a bet size that can actually hit something decent. The first 30-40 spins were all over the place—a few small wins, a lot of dead spins, the usual high-volatility rollercoaster. Then, boom—four scatters landed, and I was in the free spins round.
The first few spins were underwhelming, but then Zeus finally woke up. He dropped a 10x lightning multiplier, stacking with an earlier 6x, and suddenly I had a 20x multiplier on a $34 tumble win—that single spin alone paid $680. And it wasn’t done. A few spins later, another tumble built up to $50, and Zeus decided to be generous again with a 15x. At this point, I was just watching the balance shoot up, trying to process what was happening. By the time the free spins were done, my total win was $1,245 off that one bonus round.
I played a few more spins after that, but I knew better than to give it all back. Cashed out $1,000 and left myself a little extra to keep playing.
