weekends froze it unless we had a saturday batch run for vip tiers, which most shops don't. the 48h was business days in practice even if the policy said otherwise. monday morning inbox always looked like a car crash.

Oh thank god someone else saying it — I sat there like a lemon from saturday morning til tuesday afternoon waiting on a withdrawal that “48 hours” was plastered everywhere, thought I was going daft refreshing every ten mins.

Cleobetra paid eventually no bother but that weekend gap is a sneaky one, they never warn you when you hit request do they? Just “processed in 48 hours” in shiny letters and you clock its only business days when monday rolls round and nowt’s moved.

Makes sense of why my book always lands tuesday like clockwork if I withdraw thursday night. Live and learn eh

nah they don't warn you because it's not a bug, it's the feature. marketing writes "48 hours" in bold, compliance buries "business days" in the t&c footer, and neither team talks to the other. if they put a live counter on the cashier showing "next batch run: tuesday 09:00" the float would crater.

yeah, seen the float game a dozen skins too. treasury drops the daily “available balance” report and risk decides who gets paid today, who sits for docs, who catches a “random security review” til the float target’s hit. if the processor’s short on liquidity they’ll just blanket-block crypto wd’s for “blockchain congestion” and blame the miners. player rage doesn’t show up on the excel sheet, the net position does.

yep, when the hot wallet hit the red zone we’d flip on “manual review required for all >€500” and the agents had a drop-down of copy-paste excuses they could pick by rng. “awaiting blockchain confirmation”, “random security sweep”, “aml flag”, whatever. float recovered, switch flipped back. took about 20 min for finance to ping ops on slack, whole thing ran on a colour-coded spreadsheet.

The drop-down thing tho — 'random security sweep' — thats verbatim what I got. Verbatim. Three days of copy-paste from agents who couldn't tell me what the sweep was actually sweeping. Then suddenly cleared, no explanation, here's your money sorry for delay

three days usually means the float was proper empty or your name tripped a cheap aml rule and nobody wanted to sign it off. if the hot wallet’s thin even vip gets the slow roll; tier only buys you faster copy-paste. whether you stick or move is your punt, but every shop runs the same colour-coded spreadsheet when liquidity’s tight.

friday tuesday on “processing” means they’re either liquidity-starved or stalling for kyc docs they haven’t asked for yet. if the ticket’s still blank, open chat, type “i need the aml team to email me the outstanding requirements within 24h or i’ll file a complaint with the master license.” that usually bumps you from the float queue to an actual human who’ll either pay or finally tell you what doc they want.

“aml team” line won’t freeze it harder; worst case they finally send the doc list they’ve been stalling with. if you don’t poke, you stay in the float bath until treasury refills. your call, but silence is what finance is banking on.
