Been watchin’ Anthony Davis Lakers games for years, and man, this season’s been a ride. Anthony Davis stats ain’t lookin’ too bad—25.7 PPG, 12 REB, 3.4 AST, but that left adductor strain is a real buzzkill. Word is, he’s out for at least another two weeks, and they’ll re-evaluate. Makes you wonder, is Anthony Davis playing tonight? Nope. Not for a while, at least.
Averaging 52.8% FG and 31.3% 3P%, AD's still a beast when he’s on the floor. But between this injury and his past ones, I gotta ask—how much of a liability is he long-term? Dude's got the size (Anthony Davis height is 6’10”) and the skill, but durability? Not so much. If he stays out longer, do the Mavericks even have a shot this season, or is this just another wasted trade?
Betting-wise, what’s the move here? Do y’all see the Lakers making any noise in 2025, or should we be looking at other teams? Also, anyone got a parlay cooked up for when AD gets back? Anthony Davis update today got me thinking about loading up some future bets.
