I had some time to kill and thought I’d spin a bit on LeoVegas. I’ve been playing there on and off, mostly for the slots, and never had any big issues. So, I went for one of their big-name games, high stakes, high hopes.
After a few spins, I hit a feature round, and things were looking good. Then out of nowhere, the game froze. At first, I thought it was my connection, so I refreshed. Logged back in, and the game was gone, no feature round, no winnings, and my bet wasn’t refunded either.
I contacted support, expecting a quick fix. Instead, I got a copy-paste reply telling me to clear my browser cache. After some back and forth, they said it’d take 48 hours to look into it. By the time they got back, they claimed everything was “resolved” on their end and couldn’t refund me.
It’s frustrating because I’ve enjoyed their slots before, but this left a bad taste. Anyone else had something like this happen?
